Anthropology
Dr. McIntyre joined our faculty in 2007. He is an assistant professor of anthropology specializing in biological anthropology. He is working on several projects focused primarily on the role of hormones in growth and development, both in the United States and Brazil. Dr. McIntyre has broad interests including quantitative methods, anthropological demography, the anthropology of health, gender theory, and the evolutionary theories of life history and sexual selection. He has previous experience working in China.
