Biography

Mrs. Navarro is currently the Coordinator of Administrative Services for the Department of Anthropology. Mrs. Navarro is originally from Davie, Florida and moved to Orlando to attend UCF in 2001. She began her administrative career working in the [then] College of Arts & Sciences Dean's Office as a student assistant in the Graduate Services Office. Roughly two years later, she obtained her first staff position in the Psychology Department as an Office Assistant. She was promoted in 2005 to an Admissions Specialist position in the College of Optics (CREOL) before coming to Anthropology as an Administrative Assistant in July of 2006.  During this time, Mrs. Navarro graduated with a BA in Political Science in 2004 and a MS in Criminal Justice in 2006. She is currently pursuing a doctoral degree in the Department of Sociology. Mrs. Navarro constantly strives to provide the highest quality of service to faculty, staff, and students.
